Neurotic Media develops and markets digital distribution, promotion, and sale services to record labels, media players, and top entertainment Web sites. During 2002, the company distributed over 150 top selling titles on behalf of content owners through a channel/partner network of leading entertainment portals, resulting in millions of secure promotional downloads. The company provides an ASP-type outsourcing solution, allowing clients to improve profitability by benefiting from an economy of scale and a superior service level.

ODIN Media, LLC is a marketing products company, specializing in affinity marketing. Odin's first product (KLINX) is a line of optical-disc-based, custom-made best-of-the-Web guides that will be used as promotion-marketing tools. Also in development is a product called See-D, which is a highly-targeted, interactive, optical-disc "magazine" that is custom published to address a critical lifestyle issue - like motherhood, retirement, buying a new home, starting a new business, and so on - and hand delivered to consumers by carefully selected distribution partners right at the moment when they are most motivated to buy.
